We offer a 60 day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you have tried your product and are not satisfied, you may contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to request a refund under our satisfaction guarantee.
To be eligible, you must provide your order number or proof of purchase, and you may be asked to return the unused portion of the product before a refund is processed.
This guarantee applies to the first purchase of a product only and is intended to give customers a fair opportunity to try the item. We reserve the right to refuse repeat, excessive, or suspected misuse of this guarantee.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Standard Returns
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with any original packaging, seals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, missing, or if you received the wrong item.
We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when contacting us.
Beauty and Personal Care Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot usually be returned under our standard return policy.
However, opened or used products may still be eligible under our 60 day satisfaction guarantee, provided the request meets the conditions above.
Non Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final sale items, and items that have been damaged after delivery or are not returned in a reasonable condition.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to our error, a faulty item, or where otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original packaging, seals, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
