Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Westward Vault.

We work with trusted suppliers and logistics partners to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Depending on the product and your delivery address, your order may ship from China, the United States, or another international logistics centre.

Shipping Locations

Westward Vault ships to the countries and regions available at checkout.

Most of our customers are based in the United States, and many of our products are fulfilled through international logistics partners that ship directly to the customer.

Because products may be stored in different fulfilment centres, items in the same order may sometimes arrive in separate packages.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

Processing time is the time needed to confirm your order, prepare the item, complete quality checks where applicable, and hand the parcel to the shipping carrier.

Orders are not usually processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

United States: Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

New Zealand, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe: Most orders arrive within 8 to 20 business days after dispatch.

Other international locations: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery network.

Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, high demand periods, weather, holidays, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.

Tracking information may take a few days to update after dispatch, especially for international shipments. This is normal and does not necessarily mean your order is delayed.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at info@westwardvault.com and we will help investigate.

International Fulfilment

Some products are shipped directly from overseas suppliers or international logistics centres.

This allows us to offer a wider range of products and keep pricing competitive, but it can also mean delivery takes longer than domestic shipping.

By placing an order, you understand that your product may ship internationally and may pass through customs before reaching you.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, sales tax, brokerage fees, or other local charges.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Westward Vault is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@westwardvault.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@westwardvault.com with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and work with our logistics partners to help locate your order.

If an order is confirmed as lost, undeliverable, or unable to be fulfilled, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution in accordance with applicable law. This may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@westwardvault.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Separate Packages

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately.

This can happen when items are shipped from different suppliers or logistics centres. You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

A partial delivery does not necessarily mean an item is missing. If you are unsure, please contact us and we can check the status of the remaining items.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect the parcel, we may not be able to offer a full refund.

Any reshipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries, regions, or addresses due to carrier restrictions, customs rules, or local regulations.

If we are unable to ship your order, we will contact you and arrange a cancellation or refund.
